Terms of Service:

We operate on a time clock or written contract basis. Clients are responsible for paying for any scheduled time booked. If any project is not completed within the scheduled time that was booked, clients will have the option to purchase more time to complete the project. Raw footage or any parts of video footage sent to clients to be previewed will be watermarked until final payment has been made to Loftin Productions.

We will only follow instructions from the person who hired us, not from multiple persons. Clients must not handle equipment without written permission from Loftin Productions. There will be a charge for equipment replacement or repair if any damages are caused by clients.

Although it hasn’t happened to date, Loftin Productions will not be responsible for traffic jams, delayed flights, miscommunications, equipment failure, or any acts of nature. We reserve the right to cancel at anytime with cause.
